Enjoy Fish & Chips is here to offer fish and chip businesses more insight than ever before about fish and chips with Great Britain’s biggest ever fish and chips research study. We (Seafish, AHDB and our industry partners) have spoken to more than 1,500 people across the country to find out what they really think about fish and chips. We visited hundreds of shops to compare portion sizes, and analysed the nutritional content of a huge array of different servings as part of our research. The information we have gathered will help support the industry for years to come and keep fish and chips as the nation’s favourite meal.
